How long will it take to receive my order?

We make all items to order so new orders will take 3-5 business days to ship out. As soon as it is shipped, a tracking number will be available on your order page.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of a product's delivery date. If a product arrives damaged or you are simply unsatisfied, we offer full refunds. No questions asked.

Do you take custom requests?

Yes. Custom requests for new products or modifications to existing products are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email us to let us know your ideas.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

If your item has not yet been shipped, you can cancel the order. The only exception is custom/personalized orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Pay Pal, and Shop Pay. Please message us if you have any questions about payment methods.

Are your products eco-friendly or sustainable?

Absolutely. Our products are made out of biodegradable and recyclable plastic.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately we do not. But that is an option we are considering so please stay tuned.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping yet. However, that is on the horizon.
